Two-year warranty included
Our watches include a two-year supplier-backed warranty for manufacturing defects, including faults affecting the movement. Marque of Time is your point of contact for aftercare. Supplier-backed cover is not automatically a manufacturer's warranty; we do not claim that every branded watch has manufacturer cover or that we are an authorised dealer.
Requesting warranty help
Email marqueoftimestore@gmail.com with your order reference, watch model and a description of the fault. Photographs or a short video can help with assessment where useful, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. Please ask us for the correct claim instructions before posting a watch. A physical return may not be required in every case, and any return must go to the correct destination for the claim.
Do not assume that an address printed on the parcel or in a booklet is the right destination for every type of return. Change-of-mind returns and warranty claims are separate processes. Our nominated change-of-mind returns address is published in the Returns, refunds and cancellation policy; it is not automatically the repair or warranty-claim destination. Contact Marque of Time for the correct claim instructions rather than sending a watch directly to our supplier.
Coverage and care
The warranty covers manufacturing defects rather than normal external wear or damage caused by accident, misuse or impact. Follow the care instructions for the particular model. Water-resistance markings do not mean that every water activity is suitable. No warranty exclusion removes a remedy for defective goods or an inaccurate description for which we are legally responsible.
A manufacturer's warranty applies only where it is expressly identified for the individual watch and supported by the appropriate documentation. Any disclosed ex-display or refurbished condition and model-specific warranty differences must be read with the product description.
Your legal rights remain with us
Your statutory rights against Masters of Motoring Ltd trading as Marque of Time are separate from this warranty. You can contact us about faulty or misdescribed goods even if a warranty has expired or excludes the issue. You do not have to pursue a manufacturer first, and a statutory remedy is not conditional on a supplier credit or authorisation.
A statutory repair or replacement must be free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. The 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period is not a 14-day limit on faulty-goods or warranty claims. We do not promise a fixed repair turnaround or require store credit instead of a statutory monetary refund.
