For faulty-goods or warranty claims, contact marqueoftimestore@gmail.com so we can arrange the appropriate return or repair instructions and any return costs we are legally required to bear. Do not send a watch directly to the supplier or assume an address on packaging is the correct claim destination. Contacting us does not make your statutory rights dependent on our approval.
