Tracked delivery
For eligible in-stock watches, estimated dispatch is within 24–48 business hours. Delivery typically takes around two weeks door-to-door. Dispatch is when a parcel leaves fulfilment; it is not the delivery date. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need a watch by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Carrier and customs processing can affect transit. If a parcel is delayed or tracking appears incorrect, email marqueoftimestore@gmail.com with your order reference.
Destinations and delivery charges
Supported destinations are the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Germany, France, the Netherlands and New Zealand. Availability depends on the particular brand and model; a supported country does not mean every watch can be delivered there. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. Do not use a forwarding address to evade a product or destination restriction.
If we cannot fulfil an order for your destination, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the order we cannot supply. Our UK business address does not necessarily mean your parcel is dispatched from the UK.
Import duties and taxes
Eligible watch orders to supported destinations are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties and import taxes are covered, with no additional import duties or import taxes payable by you on delivery. This does not extend delivery to an unsupported country or a restricted watch.
If a carrier asks you for an import payment, contact marqueoftimestore@gmail.com with the notice before paying so that we can check and resolve it.
Your protection during delivery
Where we arrange delivery, the watch remains at our risk until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, takes physical possession. You do not need to purchase optional protection to keep these rights. Please report damage or a missing parcel promptly and retain packaging or photographs where reasonably possible; a short reporting deadline does not remove your statutory rights.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, UK consumer orders must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Your legal rights concerning late delivery, cancellation and refunds continue to apply. We will not make a remedy that is already due conditional on completion of our own carrier claim.
Contact and delivery details
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us before changing carrier instructions or refusing a parcel so that we can help with a safe route. This is practical advice, not a restriction on your cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
